Please respond to the University Studies Program Proposal Survey for Faculty and Instructional Academic Staff

When is the survey available?
The survey is available from now until Monday, February 13, at noon.

Is there space on the survey for me to write comments?
Yes. There are two open-ended questions, with space for comments.

Is there a brief description of the proposal that I can read before I respond to the survey questions?
Yes. On the USP proposal website, check Proposal At-a-Glance.

Where can I find the entire proposal?

  • Each department/program will receive two printed copies of the USP proposal.
  • A PDF version of the proposal is available HERE.

Will my responses to the survey remain anonymous?

Could the survey responses affect the proposal?
Yes. On 2/14, the General Education Reform Leadership Team will examine the compiled survey data. A survey response report will be presented on the USP proposal website and during the Open Forum discussions (Reeve Theatre: 2/16, 3 p.m. and 2/20, 11:30 a.m.).

Following the Open Forums, all feedback will be processed by the reform team to determine if the USP proposal needs further revision. [The current version of this proposal has been collaboratively constructed in a similar way, as the reform team has integrated campus input into multiple drafts of this proposal throughout the Fall 2011 semester.]
